To complete our application form please have available the following information about your company:
- the New Zealand Registered Company Number (as shown in Companies Office records)
- the business GST Number
- your Annual Turnover (to the nearest $1 million) for the most recent financial year
- what % of your business is owned by New Zealand citizens or permanent residents
- what % of your board of directors are New Zealand citizens or permanent resident
- what % of your full time employees (FTEs) are based in New Zealand
As part of our application process you will also need to download, complete and submit a product schedule so that we can determine whether your product or services meets the eligibility criteria of being made, grown and/or designed in New Zealand.
